It consists of layers of ham, turkey and cheese sandwiched between 3 slices of country French bread. Its then dipped in a French toast batter and grilled on a hot skillet. Its served with a side of jelly preserve and maple syrup. Its said to have made its way to the United States around the 1950’s and was first served in southern California.
