A Chacarero is a traditional sandwich from Chile. If you are lucky enough to live in Boston, you can stop into the local Chacarero restaurant and order one fresh. If not, you can find all the ingredients at your local grocery store and bring home the tastes of Chile! At the restaurant you have the option of either chicken or beef, plain or BBQ style.
