Here’s another dish I discovered while in Thailand. I saw it on the menu many times back in the states but never tried it. I’m glad I finally did because now its my favorite dish! It was first created by the slaves in colonial Brazil who used the leftover, discarded meats of farm owners. They mixed these meats of ears, feet and tails with black beans.
